Depending on the brand you would like to exchange your VEX Gift Card for you will have the choice between a digital gift card, which can be sent to you by email and/or SMS, and a physical gift card which will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Some brands will only be available as a digital gift card or physical gift card.
No, you can spend as much or as little of your VEX Gift Card as you want. You can add your VEX Gift Card to your Apple or Google wallet for safe keeping, just make sure to spend it before the 3 year expiry date.
The VEX Gift Card can be redeemed for over 150 top-brand gift cards. Occasionally we may need to remove a brand, either temporarily or permanently, but we’re confident you’ll be able to find a brand you love.
